ok, so ill get right into it here

If i was to make a video on a brand new youtube account completely fresh

and i had the same exact video on another AGED youtube account which has been active with likes posts, subscriptions and stuff

Will the aged account get ranked higher?; does it make a dramatic difference?

My question is: does the age or activity of a youtube account affect how it can rank on a post (preferrably live stream.)

Thanks in advance! :)

I used to have a channel that was created in 2009 up until a few months ago (banned), which had a good amount of activity and a lot of videos, and sometimes I would test this against a newer channel and the outcome was that, yes, the videos would usually rank better (not 100% of the time, though), but it wasn't "dramatic". For example, if I uploaded a video on the newer channel it would rank on page 7 (immediately) while the aged channel would hit page 5.

I'd imagine that having a quality channel in which your subscribers really liked your content could make a very dramatic difference in ranking.

It's already known that aged accounts get better treatment for a YouTuber , better ranking, custom URLS & just more features in general

Have you tried running Youtube ads?

IMO, the advantage of having active, aged accounts with several existing videos is this - people who watch other videos are likely to watch your new video. That would give your new video a slight boost. That wouldn't happen with a video posted to a brand new account.

Hey, thank you so much for this reply..

Here is an example i want to show you

Here are some accounts doing a popular subject: spongebob live streams (LOL)

These ones are always on the first page the second they post:
https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC-ccFin31En-hQAymYxYqhw
https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCM_XwUNy2EdF6zLh31zUA6A

These ones are always on the rock bottom:

Maybe since it is a live video there is a "trick" that one account is using, and another isnt?

IMO, aged account will have a bit of advantage over the new account so its pretty sure that the aged will have better rankings if both the videos are sent same amount of resources.

the answer is yes, the video from aged account will rank better (but only if you already have videos on it)

Using aged yt accounts with previous activity will definitely help in terms of ranking. Your video will be shown more in the "recommended" for you section which will bring more views.
