question about ranking result in another country ?

hello
i have website which is ranking in the first page with my main keyword, while i testing it in another country which is similar language and head of the website business ranking in the 14 page
i searched a lot of this issue but i can't find any solutions
can anyone help me to tell me what is happening

yes i did, i already ranked in my main keyword in lot of countries expect one which is my head of my business
 
I think that you should get backlinks from forums which have domains from that country. (ex: .uk (england) , .us( Usa ) )
 
There will be always different SERP for different countries, SERPs differ even in one country on desktop and mobile search.
 
Its normal, rankings vary by IP, and different locations have different competition.
 
It is totally ok to have different ranks, if you want it higher - do SEO in that particular region
