I have just started a amazon review site for a KW that has 3600 exact match searches and easy competition.

I have the EMD.net and have setup with http://www.premiumpress.com/demo/?t=shopperpress (Simple Shopper Version).

This is the first time I am trying to rank a site which does not have articles on it so I am wondering what it the best way to go about it. Is it enough to have the EMD and some good link building to rank the homepage for the KW or should I create a page on the site with an article?

    Any advice would be appreciated!

Just add some content where you can, and make sure the keyword you're trying to rank for is in the title, description and an H1 tag.

Great, got all that covered and even got a little 2 paragraph post in above the items which has a KW density of around 3%.

Should be good to go then, thanks!
