Question About Publishing Content From Archive.org

Hi,

Does anyone knows if getting content from Archive.org works?

I am thinking to publish content from Archive.org in a daily basis in any possible topics.

I will search for expired domains with content from Archive.org then whenever there is some content available from what I found, I publish it.

Does this method have a potential of getting millions of visitors on your website if done in a consistent daily basis?
Eg. I publish content for 2 years consistently.

I'm not doing any SEO in these type of content but the content will be unique because it was previously used by the expired domain.

Let me know your thoughts.

yes. it really works. But first check grammer and also check from copyscape to ensure that there are no copies on other websites.

Yes, the content from expired domains are fresh as google don't have cache of those content but make sure the content was not used by someone else before you by checking copyscape. Also, these content are ok for filler and not worthy for money pages imo. It may rank for long tail ones your website gain some authority.

Ignore the answers above....content from archive.org will not rank....i did it with 3 diff languages on high authority domains.....that shit didn't rank.

For content from expired domains, the author of the article also has the copyright. At least this is valid in Germany, but it will be similar in other countries.

How do you get to copy those contents?? I had an old site that had alot of content but expired when I went in for one for my chemo sessions. I plan on copying the contents and using it on a new site. I have no way of going about it.

Go to archive.org. Enter your expired domain. Take a look on those years with bars. You might see your previous content there.

No, I've tested every "unique" content theory going, and as @laur.laurix mentioned it doesn't rank.

Plagiarism and copyscape passed does not mean It's unique content. The fact is republished, translated, thin and spun content are the exact types most likely to trigger algorithmic filters, and google are getting better by the day at catching it.

Articles need to bring something new to the party to have any chance of ranking, so if you want to use scraped article you still need to add a fresh paragraph or two.
