Question about public proxies.

I saw that a few of them die after a week or earlier.So I want to use them for YT accounts so I dont get caught by YT for multiple acc.Is there a problem if I change the proxies when they die?I mean it is not a problem if I have used 10 IPs or more to access a YT acc?

the problem will be when you will come from a blacklisted ip and youtube will close all the accounts which have used that ip
