Are you sure? I thought if im connecting to a proxy from firefox+portable, they won't see my IP?
Yes, i have firefox portable on my computer and i connect proxy to that firefox portable. So does proxy owner see my real IP address?

Yes the proxy owner can see your ip address, you can use a vpn and then connect to a proxy or you can use multiple proxies in a chain

If its visible..then how hackers,carders are able to hide themselves. Police can directly get original info from proxy owners and catch them. Hw this works then?

Some proxy services / vpn providers delete their logs periodically or at least claim that they do. Most of them use public or compromised networks. Also if the authorities want to track you, they will. Anonymity is a myth tbh.

Your proxy provider can see the IP address of the origin, no matter what you use to connect whether it's a browser or if you send the request via terminal or something else.
This is why Tor browser uses at least 3 different proxy servers before reaching the destination and that's what those hackers do too, but even then it's possible to trace it back to the origin.

Not only that the proxy provider can see your real IP, he most likely keeps logs of your activity with his proxy and could possibly share it with authorities if and when asked. Proxy isn't safe for illegal activities, keep that in mind.
Use TOR and / or VPN (offshore one is better) for more (but not complete) privacy. use Tails OS for maximum possible in these levels.
