Question about private proxies.

I am not quite understand about how proxy works.

I bought private proxy subscription from a member here. he said it is a private dedicated proxy.
i set it up to browser, and go to ip checker sites such: whatismyip.com, whatsmyip.org, whatismyipaddress.com and the lookup result say i am using the proxy ip at that time. proxy checker in seo tools such UD and Scrapebox also say the proxies are anonymous.

but if i go to google and search "what is my ip" google result display my real ip, not the proxy ip. is that mean the proxies aren't anonymous?

accurate, if the proxy is 100% anonymous your IP should not appear on any page, search where you search

Make sure to check "Use this proxy for all protocols". If you don't do this, when visiting websites that use https like google your browser will use your local ip.
