Question about Private Proxies

So, lets say i purchase PRIVATE proxies from a service. Are these "new" proxies? Meaning that they have never been used before? I understand that "shared" proxies, multiple people are using them. But if I put down the extra dough for a Private Proxy, is it guaranteed to not have been used before or is it just exclusive to me at the moment and has been used before by someone else? Obviously my concern is that if I pay extra for a "private" proxy I would not want it to be tainted from past users.

alot of full private proxies have certain restrictions on there
use mainly because when they go back they can go out again
50/50 that a proxies you get will never have been used b4 and given
solely to you as a first time use

well, you should talk with the proxy provider that you want brand new never used as proxy IPs.. otherwise you will probably be given used IPs..

like @proxygo say there are 50% chances that your dedicated private proxies are virgin ...
you can verify that by doing a simple search on google on that proxies ...
If you will find the proxy listed in anydatabase, then its clear that the proxies you have are not virgin proxies ...
but is more simple if you will ask your provider about it ...

question is some providers will tell you its virgin private
because not everyone knows to google the proxys background
or do a spam ip check on it..sometimes the buyer has to do
a few checks as well

Yes, I had purchased some private proxies and did a scan (about a month ago) and some spam red flags came up on them. When I questioned the provider he said, well, you can get on the site you wanted to so what is the difference. Yes, I could access the sites but my accounts made were auto-ghosted, so obvioulsly they were tainted. It kind of put me off, but maybe I am just naive about it and didn't understand. I would just think that if I am paying for "premium " proxies they should be clean, no?

You should search for a provider that is offering virgin proxies for sale ... or tell the provider that you have purchased a premium service from him and that you expect the same services, and tell him to provide you virgin proxies, never been used before, this proxies are usually the proxies that works with Ticketmaster ...

just be sure b4 you buy you tell the seller you want 100% clean proxies
and also be sure to ask if theres a refund policy if you find out there not
