Question about private proxies and vip72

Hey everyone! I want to spam 4 ch4n to death with my CPA links, however most free proxies and VPNs are banned. HMA is not an option either as all IPs are blacklisted on *****.
What do you suggest me to do? I see that proxy sellers sell private proxies for about $1 (that's an example) but I need a lot of IPs and I can't afford to pay for 100 IP's (thats 100 bucks) that will get banned anyways.
Was thinking about using VIP72 but I'm afraid someone already used it to spam on 4chin and got the IPs banned. What do you think?

It is up to your discretion whether or not these IP's you think will be banned or not. If you really want to test em out then buy em in a small amount and then if they work you can buy the rest of the IP's without much worry or concern. You don't really wanna dish out 100 dollars for all 100 IP's when you can test a small sample size and see if those work first without any issues or problems at all.
