I know that PPC stand's for Pay Per Click, and I'm assuming it's payment for every user that clicks "their" ad's, the affiliate site you signed up for. But is there a PPC Company that pay's you just for clicks on links on your site? Or could I just do away with their ads, and use the links? Is that against most TOS?

i still don't understand your question, is this in regards to the end user or to an affiliate/webmaster? i.e.
if you "want" to be paid by having some guy click on a link you host, then thats adsense territory
if you want to pay google every time some1 clicks on a link for an ad you pay, thats ppc.

I'm asking if it's possible to get paid for users clicking links that aren't advertisements, just links :p

He means if there is any company which allow publishers to copy links and is going to pay you for clicking in this link.
For example Google in their adsense program doesn't allow us to copy links.
