Question About Posting Media Video Feeds on YT Without Getting Banned?

    Posted a similar reply to a thread but was wondering if anyone has insight into posting media "pool" feeds onto YouTube without getting banned? See below. Please keep comments relative to the youtube issue only as I'm not intending to create a controversial discussion on the case itself. Thanks.

    Perplexed how someone can "lift" 50+ separate videos from the Zimmerman trial "pool" feed and post on youtube like "croakerqueen123" has? My guess is she got them from the media "pool" feed before broadcast by major news outlets since they are "clean" with no watermarks. Perhaps that is how she gets away with it because they are "public domain" until rebroadcast? If so, it could be a new bastion for youtube views. Just hijack raw newsfeeds via wifi outside the courthouse and post to youtube. The ones I saw are not monetized but can be lengthy over 90 minutes. Great marketing though. Any insight? Thanks.
