Hey guys, so I've added this plugin to my website and seem to have troubles with it. It keeps crashing my website every time I upload code into it. This plugin - ( http://wordpress.org/plugins/post-layout/ ) I'm just looking to add my "Subscribe to my newsletter" after a post, and was wondering if there are alternative routes to this. I've used genesis simple hooks, but it adds the subscribe box to my pages as well, and I only want them after posts.
What theme are you using? How comfortable are you adding code to your site? Have you looked at Jetpack?
you can try the jetpack plugin, it has a built in contact form feature. Im also pretty sure there is a default wordpress widget that says subscribe by email and you can edit the text to say what you want
