Question about populating new IG account.

How many post would be a safe amount to post a day when trying to populate a new account? Ideally Id like a few hundred post on the account before I start promoting but obviously also want to keep the account safe. Its a few months old but virgin. Any tips?

3-5 post a day should be fine.

As a warming up I do around 3-9 posts a day without caption or location tagging. They are still safe and sound.

If you want to have many posts fast, try to post 6 day max

But I recommend 2-3 posts per day to be safe

depends how long you think is the right period for "population period", 1 week? 2 weeks?

Start with 2-3 posts a day for a few days, than increase the number to 6, then 10 and so on. Don't make any sudden big changes and it will work smoothly.
Also watch out for the engagement. Don't just post, try and give likes, comm, follows, to increase your IG rate per general.
