Question about Plus Ones

I have a question as I am ordering some plus ones for a few of my websites. Do plus ones of your website help your seo? And if so - how many are a good number to get on my websites without overdoing it? I don't want to get penalized.

Social Signals to your website are always nice in Googles eyes, however if you overdo it, it may be bad.
 
Yeah Im just wondering how many is too many and is it helpful to add plus ones on deep links.
 
Do whats natural. If you are only getting 100 visitors a day but 1000 G+'s, it's going to set off some alarms. So if its 100, do like 10
 
It seems like all the services offer more than the amount I want, which is like just a few. I need to find a little community of real people that trade them around, like I +0ne your site, you do mine, and the other people that are on the list do it too. Anyone know of such a thing?

You can try places like YouLikeHits ... but I have bad experience with their +1 trading.

I added 5 links to the +1 section of YouLikeHits ... here are the clicks I received, and how many Google actually shows I have.

143 clicks -> showing 5
131 clicks -> showing 2
57 clicks -> showing 4
58 clicks -> showing 3
59 clicks -> showing 3

YouLikeHits is very smart tool for getting likes, followers and +1. But I prefer natural likes, plus. Is there anyone who has 1k google plus profile that is real?

Make sure to drip feed your +1 inorder to show Google that everything is natural.
 
Social signals are a powerful means to enhance your SEO campaigns. But buying +1's is a very bad idea. Google knows people buying +1's and Likes so sooner or later they will takes steps to impose penalty on sites buying those. So better staying away from these will be a good idea.
You can get natural +1's by following more people, commenting on other posts(like we do on pinterest), adding +1 button on your site. Adding your G+ profile on gust posts,blog comments and tweets.
 
i havent seen much help from plus 1 after using a bunch of servicds and trying a different method for each one.

for those that seen increase how many +1 did you receive and how long
