In my country phone numbers are very cheap.
One number costs Around 1$.
Can i eventually monetize it?
For account verification or something else?

What country are you located?
Do you need to load the sims with any minimum amount of money to activate them?

I Live i Bosnia. I dont need to load the Sim with money to active it.because when i buy the Sim it have allready money loaded on the Sim card.

You buy them for $1 and it has money already inside? Lol, the mobile companies there must be crazy to offer such promotions.
Anyway, if you can receive messages and calls, then use them for creating PVA accounts and offering re-verification services.
