Do I need to make a new account at say namecheap or godaddy every time buy a new domain for my PBN? Or can I continue to use the same account as long as I get whois?

If not can somebody post a list of some of the best registrars for buying domains?

You can ask godaddy to purchase separate domain ips for you. Theyll point the domain to the new ip. And theyll most likekly no what you are talking about.

No there's no need for you to create new account. Use the existing account and use unique whois on each domain.

use the same account but make sure to create a SOA in your DNS zone to override what they would put for you (which usually end up being your registered email address)

Use a few different registrants for all of your domains but host them with different ips.

If your PBNs are small enough you can have 1 or 2 accounts but hosted with different IPs.
