Question about PayPal

Hello guys!
I have very important question for me.
I'm citizen of small country in Europe and there is no PayPal in my country.
So I can't sell anything to people from other countries. (For example I can sell 5.5k 100% working proxies only for 60$, but I can't do it without PayPal)
Is it possible to create PayPal account as U.S. citizen? Or if I create company in U.S., then can I create PayPal account for it?

Yes it is definitely possible to create paypal accounts in other countries. Just use a proxy/vpn. These are called "stealth accounts'
 
These stelth accounts are real acconts but refrence on the supplier ....

Try the misc of this forum.....

There around $50 each.

You can verify it with a VCC and VBA. To withdraw you would have to either send it to a legitimate account or transfer to bitcoins and convert it in a bitcoin exchange

i wonder if anyone contacts him about that if he gives a paypal account of where o send the money :D

In market place, there are many US PayPal provider available. Try it.

Actually proxies is not my job. I want to launch web service, thats why I really need some legal method to get PayPal account. Just to feel safe and to know that my account don't gonna be banned.

Ukraine. PayPal allows only send money in my country, but you cant receive. Actually I even don't have opportuninty to trade with other countries. There is exist one method - 2 chekout service, but everybody trust PayPal only.
