currently my main account got permanently banned for "counterfeit" items... No I wasn't selling counterfeit product, I was just selling a ton of high risk items so they banned me(it happens according to many other sources, sadly). Question is, can I open a business account under my name or will it get fucked by my personal account being permanently limited(My account was verified with all my actual info)? Also does anyone know if your account eventually loses the permanent limitation, I saw some people say that there accounts get permanently limited then usually after 180 days it gets unbanned and they can use it again.

Paypal prohibits you from creating another account if they lock you out. If you don't receive buyer complaints during the 180 day period and if after that, if you don't have a negative balance, you may be able to get the limit lifted. If you do have a negative balance then they will ask you to pay this back. Then you may be able to get them to review and restore. You cannot use personalninfo that you used in your limited account such as ccs bank accounts, as it will tell you that's its linked to another account. Any other duplicate info will get the new account banned. Creating another account with the same IP will likely get it banned too. Its easy enough for you to create your own stealth account however.

Yes, but be sure NOT to use the same details. You need a different email, phone number, bank account (if added on the first account), otherwise the 2 accounts will get linked.
