I was thinking about something.

Have question about Paypal.

If person A sends 10$ to person B, and then person B sends that 10$ to person C, if person A asks for chargeback, will person C lose that money? Or person's B account will be -10$?

Person B will lose the $10, if person A wins the dispute...

Yes, I know that, but if that 10$ are transfered to person C, will person C lose money when Person A wins dispute against person B?

Person B is responsible not person C

No person C has nothing to do with the initial charge Hope that clears it up for you.

Person C will not lose money for a mistake done by person B towards person A. Both transactions are separate deals (A to B & B to C).

So that basically means that if Person B scams someone and then transfer money to other account(account C), he won't lose money?

In a sense, if the dispute set by Person A is successful Person B will have $10 redacted from his account. Person A would still receive the money though from Person B though, even if Person B doesn't have $10 left - Person B will get a negative budget.

Ye but then Person A might call Person D to kick the shit out of Person B so the only one laughing is Person C.

If Person B doesn't have a $ balance on PP, a valid CC or a valid bank account connected to his PP account, yes he (B) won't lose anything. PP will just limit or ban person B's PP account then. But if it's a very large sum, PP 'might' investigate and see where the money went from B to whoever and see if there are any connections between them.
