question about paypal

i was just talking to somebody about this, anyways, i was wondering if an account gets frozen does it freeze all the transactions made by the frozen account? for example, i receive X amount of money, transfer that to another paypal. If the original account gets frozen will the money i sent to the other paypal account get held/frozen as well?

Most likely that other account will be frozen too.

It depends on the reason your account is frozen for. Let says if you have received $X from Mr A and you you paid $X to Mr C, and after that Mr A charges your account for authorized transaction then only that $X amount of money in your account will be held and the money that you have sent to MR C won't be affected.
