Question about Paypal VCC: Please help.

Hi members,

I've seen many providers who provide paypal vcc, but they are not for UK, US and Canada.
I am from London. But my paypal is gone, I can't open another account, but now a days without paypal life's sucks.
I need a paypal account, so if I buy a vcc,

- how to create an account, which country, which address?
- can I use buy now button from this account?
- How can I withdraw money from this account?
- Is this VCC card has online banking account? I mean how can I get paypal money to withdraw.

Please members help me to figure this out.

Read Ebay stealth ebook. It has pretty much all answers you need. You need a VPN to start a fresh paypal. Also, a VCC , VBA and fake id ( I am not so sure about this, just check) .

You will need Bank account which you have access to and attach it to paypal to withdraw (that ebook tells you how)
NO, VCC cards dont come with bank account. It is kind of hard to get actual working VBA.
