Question about Paypal Claim System.

Hey,

I have a huge problem here.I purchased some stuff from a seller and he couldn't send me the goods.I have oppened a claim against him and he has been asked to respond by 30.April. I have done many claims in the past but I don't know if Paypal has something like a limit which can be refunded.The amount of the claim is $1900.My biggest problem is that the buyer who bought from me also has a claim against me which is $2400 so basically I'm getting screwed in the middle.

I don't know if there is a limit but I did have to open a similar case for around the same money about a year ago and I won it no problem, scammers all over ebay....didn't even pretend to ship something to me

Found it out myself that there is no limit.
