Question about PayPal and invoice

Hello, long story short I am selling on eBay with a new PayPal account and it got limited and they are asking me for provide an invoice of my purchased items the thing is I am selling software based product can I provide an invoice from sellygg or rocketR will be enough?

It is not true as you are able to sell by the ToS of paypal digital items.
 
I hope I'm wrong, because I got banned from PayPal twice after they asked about digital items invoices, and whatever I sent , they banned my account in seconds ,like if it was an auto procedure.
 
You've been asked to send documents automatically by their system. Once the documents are uploaded the paypal support check them. After the checking they noticed ,,unusually activity" in your account and you get banned. Its not because you have sent invoices of digital items, its cause your items are high risk
