Question about Payoneer

Hello everybody.
Any Indian having problem with Sending money Through Payoneer... As all we know Payoneer is Banned in India for Withdrawing Money but it seems Sending also... I Tried with three Bank but every time I saw Failed.... Need some one Feedback...

If the card is banned in India then expect it to not work properly. You can contact payoneer about it and tell them you are traveling to India and need to use the card. Nice excuse for you to get answers.
