Question about payment providers

Hello, i am planning to publish a digital service soon. I want something like telegram with paid subcriptions or one time payments.

1) What's the best payment provider i can use for free?
2) I want to be able to set a variety of pricing plans.

Do i need to have a company registered to use stripe? Can an individual use stripe to recieve payments from digital products?
