question about payment gateway

Hello,

We have a foreign company outside Europe that looking for payment gateway and it was a nightmare to find one in Europe that accept.
The issue is that payment gateway are not working correctly the worst payment ever.
Well we are thinking of opening Europe company just for getting working payment gateway but we dont know if is legal to have company just for receive payment and take % of this sales and then wire the
rest to the foreign company like paypal and other payment gateway do.
Hope you understand my means my english not very good sorry

Where are you from? If you can get a merchant account with your local bank.
You can get a gateway from elsewhere. This will work and low risk involves.
My processor Kayswallet does this for me. I'm using a European gateway but my acquiring bank is outside of EU.
