I would like to know how do webmasters keep track on the bills when having multiple servers from different providers if not signing up for yearly payment but monthly. Is there any convenient way to make payment on time, assuming smaller providers without prepaid account to top up? Sorry for this noob question :D

You pay monthly or yearly all providers will sign you up for subscriptions. If you pay by crypto you will get invoice to pay before the due date if you don't pay they will send reminders and then terminate your account.

honestly been wondering this too. when it’s monthly and all different providers, it’s kinda easy to forget or miss one.

anyone using some tool or reminder system for this? or is it just spreadsheets and alarms?

There are several options for auto-payment with cryptocurrency: Superfluid, Sablier, Loop Crypto, Cryptomus. Yes, you need to run around a little bit with a tambourine, but it's all real.

That’s helpful! Have you personally tried any of those for auto-payment setup?

If you want a simple and cost-effective approach, you can create a spreadsheet to track your invoices. In it:
List the suppliers, amounts, and due dates.
Add a column to mark when a payment has been made.
Set up automatic notifications (Google Sheets can set up email notifications when a payment is due).

Yes, many hosting providers accept crypto. Check out Namecheap, Shinjiru, OrangeWebsite, FlokiNET, and HostHatch. Some take BTC, USDT, even Monero. For better privacy, use separate wallets or mixers like Wasabi. Just watch for fees and confirmation times.

Maybe the option I use would work for you? By agreement with my provider, I use the same wallet address for service payments, and we're both on the same Cryptomus platform. The service supports a 'Recurring Payments' option, which I use for my monthly crypto payments.

This only works for stablecoins, though. If you choose a different cryptocurrency for payment, you'll also need to set up the 'Auto-Convert' option. It's totally doable

There are lots of hosting provider accept crypto. If you don't see any option to pay via crypto, then you may ask their billing support to manage one for you. And for the recurring billing cycle, you don't need to worry, they will send you 30-day before reminder email.
