Question About Organic Tiktok Traffic

Greetings everyone and happy holidays!

i have a question about tiktok. So i've made an account and i've posted around ~ 5 videos now, i post daily at around 3-6pm and yet i still get 0 views. I started botting a few for hopes that it'd blow up but yet, nothing
my question is, Is this account shadowbanned ?
also, i've seen people saying "i've made an account with another phone" and i've always wondered why use another phone? wouldn't you just be able to reset the phone?
and how would i gain traffic?

I made this account on my pc using a gmail account, and i wondered if that was the issue, i made a tiktok account before around 2 years ago on my phone and it reached over 1m views on it's first post and just confused why i can't even
obtain 1 viewer now. Any help would be much appreciated!

Tl;dr fresh tiktok account gaining NO traffic what so ever, why?

Take a time to get views , keep uploading videos for a week then you will see some results
 
One thing about TikTok I have seen for the past 6 months that I am doing it is, WATCH TIME is more important than anything else (likes,commens, saves,etc).

If a user is watching the video over and over again, trust me the video gets views assuming you are not shadowbanned. This is my personal experience, i have videos with well over 2-3k views with only handful of likes. How you get the viewer to view the video over and over again is your call and you need to find a way out. Hope this helps

there's no point to rely on gimmicks, they're bull shit

trying to trick someone into watching your video is a short term strategy. people think they are clever when they try this but really it does not work long term

the most sustainable way to make money on tik tok is posting quality content that you can consistently put out. not trickery and gimmick. when that gimmick stops working, now what? the business is dead
 
Depends what your first video is

Try shooting like 5 seconds using your phone camera, of literally anything...... add some text to it and music in tiktok and then post that.

Literally doesn't need a purpose

Leave it 24 hours and see if it has any views

That then tells me it's the content that was an issue

If still at 0 views then make a new account on your phone and it should fix it ;)

It's not a gimmick. It's a legit way people have been doing it on TikTok. What I said is not a vague opinion but it is coming from a personal experience.

There are a few ways you can do it even without the user knowing. I don't think that hurts the user experience in any way. I have seen people doing it on Instagram as well and quite successfully.

About the method being dead according to you, tell me something that has been working consistently in IM. Methods come and go isn't it?

If this is dead, people will come up with something more creative, trust me on this.

i 100% agree, issue is i know these videos would do well on tiktok if they got onto the right platform, they just don't

Because people are buying new phones just to make tiktok accounts and i wondered if it was possible to just reset the phone

Well, i'm just ripping videos from youtube shorts and seeing what happens but it's confusing me as to how there is no views at all, the only thing i can think of is if they're detecting the video has been ripped but i don't understand how.
 
Just try to post quality videos that brings value ,dont just post for the sake of posting .Just try to see as other person and ask yourself if you like the video .Also try to build another tiktok account and start posting in there maybe it will be another situation in there
 
If few videos don't get views at all it's probably shadowban.

I've focused on the motivational nieche and i copy videos from youtube shorts and bring them over to tiktok with my own watermark, the views are ones you'd find normally on the your fyp and i normally take around 5~10 minutes to find the right video for the day, i think i'm shadowbanned but i still don't understand why. I understand i'm stealing the videos but i'm refurbishing them with my own trademark and removing everything from the previous owner.
 
Tik tok is still detecting that you are ripping from YouTube

This is a multi billion dollar company. Anything and everything that you can think of has already been accounted for and patched by tik tok

The only way to grow is to post original clips and just wait

I don’t know how people run business like this, waiting for a tik tok algorithm to bring them customers, but apparently they do this
 
Resetting the phone will not always solve the problem. They can still detect the account details.
 
If you're getting 0 views and your new videos are stuck on 0 views as well then you are most probably shadow banned. You need to create a new account while using a new device and a 4g Mobile Proxy. This will ensure that your new account won't banned.
 
[Off Topic] I guess I figured out how to make money easily. Just buy Jr. VIP and ONLY post answers suggesting to the OP that what you are selling is a Perfect solution to his problem, whatever his problem is.
