Question about offers and iframe

Hi everyone, I have a very technical question and I hope you can answer me. I have an offer (actually more offers but always from the same advertiser) CC submit that with the iFrame work correctly, they arrive at the end, you can enter all the data and receive the confirmation, but the lead does not arrive. While, the same offer, without the iFrame, the lead arrives correctly. So I got the doubt that there is some communication problem with the iFrame, my question is this, is there an alternative to the iFrame that works correctly? Because with the iFrame people complete the offer but I don't receive anything, only the click.
