Question about my website trafic

Hello dear users , i really need some answers.
I have a website ( since 1 year and 6 months , i have almost 350 posts ( is blackhat multiple niches ), and i make like 100 $ per month on cpagripa.. i dont know why but my trafic is very down like 300 unique visits per day.

The questions are :
What i suppose to do to incrase my trafic?
What kind of backlins i have to do more ?
The facebook likes and shares are good to do with Social Media Exchange website ?
How much i suppose do to with a website like this per months?


+ You can give me some other tips for my website ?
I have facebook page on this , i have twitter page on this , every post have something like 20 shares on facebook and 20 shares on twitter.
I also use Yoast Seo and i have all posts green , google analytics , web master tool...

300 visits is like 10K visits per month. Which is not that bad if you are in good niche. I guess your niche is ....for kids or something. Payouts are not that good. Maybe they want free stuff so they dont want to bother clicking your links to fill out surveys.

It is like porn. People come to sites to see free porn. They dont have time to fill out random forms and give out their Emails or something.

They just want to touch their area between the abdomen and the thigh while two (or more) strangers are doing it like they do it on Discovery channel.
