question about my limited paypal

hi everybody,


i have a limited paypal account (over 180 days), i haven't credit card or bank account in this account.


when i connect i have this message "Your account has been limited for more than 45 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds."
i click on withdraws and it only show me "Withdraw funds to your bank account"
so i have some question :
1 - if i add a credit card can i withdraw to my credit card or i need to withdraw to the bank account ?


2 - if yes, so i can do it with a simple vcc that accept withdraw ?


3- if not, there is any vba that accept withdraw from paypal ?

It's to bank account purposely to verify your identity there is a way around this possible pm me.

It depends where your account is originated from........,

is originated from france but it show me that i can add us bank account

As you could know, nowadays paypal blocks our account even for the most ridicolous sake, by the way... if your account has been limited when you'll add a bankaccount or a VCC or (if needed) a credit card, it won't let you doing business for long term, based on my own experience what would you do is letting loose that account, because if paypal limits accounts, they won't be able to do business unless you provide them right documents required by 'em

You need to verify 2 out of 3 things with paypal. Easiest is to use a real bank account, and a real credit card. You can probably get a prepaid card from Walmart and it will work for that part, then just get a savings account somewhere. That should get the hold off of your account after you verify the 2 amounts that paypal will deposit in your bank account. You need that verified to be able to withdraw into your bank account.

It can be done but it costs $$ - So it will depend on how much you got in PP to move out.

Normally due to privacy rights issues since PayPal is not actually considered a bank you could open
a new bank account that was never used before for PayPal and then add it for withdrawal.
