Question about my first private blog network

Hi All,

I had read a lot for PBNs and I decided to take a shot and buy my first domain .
I have few questions:

1. Is google checking the billing information and can they detect my PBN - should I use fake billing information ?
2. Should I use different hosting for every domain I buy ?
3. Do you know good hosting services for a good price ?
4. Should I use information from archive to restore the site (with different articles) or I can make a new one with wordpress ?
5. I will use the Domain only for one money site, how much keywords and links is good to post ?
6. I think that if I choose wordpress 2 articles and some 3,4 guest posting are enought right ?

I have found Domain with PA: 47.5; DA:40.7; MozRank: 4.48 TF:21; CF:37; Year: 2006 - this are good metrics right ?
