Question about multiple AC accounts...

I already have one AC account that is going pretty well, but in order to submit many more articles a day, I would like to set up a second account. The problem with this is IP address. What is the best way to switch around IP addresses so they don't catch me having two accounts? Is there a program or a Firefox plugin to make switching IPs quick and easy?

It isn't known for a fact but the understanding is that AC doesn't so much go by IP addy, but by the same name being linked to multiple Paypal email addresses. With that said I still add a bit of protection by booting down my dsl modem which gives me a new IP addy when I boot it back up. It doesn't work for everyone though. I also delete cookies before logging into a different AC acct, both from Internet options, and my "content IE" folders.

I don't think they go by IP, because what with all thousands of people using VPNs? Should they ban all?
