question about money site

anyone have a good example of a money site say of maybe a wordpress? I'm not niche diggin' just a question I suppose.

would it be more beneficial to have my homepage be a static lander with posts/content?
say should I maybe feed posts back to my homepage, or let the homepage rank and let it feed the posts, as of right now I've deindexed my homepage in order to reduce dupe content.....

should the posts be mini links that are long tail keywords that just straight up direct link say a cpa offer which is what I'm using to monetize with.

@highrider778 I don't have the time to research this but my advice to you is to take any niche associated with affiliate marketing and search Google for a high competitive keyword and you'll quickly answer your question. Hope this helps

Just check top ranking sites on google for your keywords, they are what you would like to emulate.

hmmm, it does help me a little guys, appreciate the answers, I really do....I'm just trying to decide if I should maybe SILO my site, and re-index my homepage, and let it be a static lander, or what have you.....it's all a learning process to which I'm pretty new to still...thanks all!
