I want start gaming channel but I heard I must show my voice in the videos to I can get monetize is this true? and should I add character logo like in the this channe or just voice is enough?

If music is without copyrights then it should be fine

it's my content 100% and the music it's not copyrighted

I know next to nothing about youtube monetization, but I'm surprised that Rocket League is still a thing.
In terms of user engagement, users don't watch gamers because of how well they play. You know that just as good as I do, when users follow a creator is because they like their personality. Take JSE or mark for example, they suck. But people like them. There are a lot of other examples of that. I'd advise you to try incorporating yourself into your content and see if you like it better.

why do you think u have to speak ? are like milions of channels with no commentary ....

You will also have to show face in order to get approved. Now it is getting harder as there are so many channels. You cannot post automated videos and get monetised.
