Hello. We have several gambling website that involves real money up and running, and we have been using word of mouth and marketing team to promote our sites to agents and influencer. Now, i am interested in making ADS with Meta and Google. But i am still confused about a few things, and i am hoping we can have a discussion and answer my question:

1. Can i apply social casino license using my real gambling website?
2. When using agency service, is it possible for me to request advertising my gambling website without the license?
3. When a Meta or Google Ads account got banned, does the social casino license be deemed invalid?
4. Is there any other way to ultilize Ads without license?
5. Can i directly advertise my gambling site on Instagram sites on a new account?

Hi =)

1. If your site - does not have a state social online casino license and your site is not a social casino - there is no point in applying. You need to work through a white page, which will be honed for online casino and use in consequence cloaking.
2. It doesn't matter who you run ads with. The rules for online gambling are the same for all advertisers. Differences only between countries due to specific legislation.
3. If an account is blocked, it is bad for the site. It may no longer be allowed to advertise. So use white pages.
4. Directly to your site, no. It will always be cloaking unless you are an official casino with a license.
5. No.

I also recommend taking age or agency advertising accounts for this kind of launch. They're more secure. Also, you need someone who understands this kind of launches if you haven't had experience before.

I see. Thank you very much for your responses! It does clear up some things.
For number 2, i tried running online slot ads on Brazil for a week now, and it doesn't get suspended. Does this mean that online slot game and online casino have different regulation / definition? I have always been confused by the two.

Hello, we have everything you need.

You basically need a proper gambling license for Meta and Google, there’s no legit way to run real-money gambling ads without it.

Without the proper license, bro, Meta and Google won’t touch real gambling, even through agencies—social casino is a must.
