Question about Mautic & Sendy

Hey guys, I just have one simple question. Does anyone know how to send just simple plain text emails with those two softwares? I have mautic installed and from what I understand, tried and read so far it's kinda possible since receipients/devices who support html will get that one and the other will get plain text. I read about this for Sendy and its similar situation. How's is it possible that some basic features like this aren't supported? Thanks

I know Mautic does not send JUST a text email. But you can use the blank template and create plain HTML emails that look like plain text emails.
