Question about Localizer Leads Tool

Do Localizer Leads Tool still works to find Local Businesses like in 2014 ?
Or can you tell me other Tools like LLT ?

In the beginning of this year I remember I was using a WP plugin for scraping local leads. Which in my opinion was better than LLT. It was working with Bing, they allow a lot of server calls per month for free (think thousands), you just need to hook it to their API. I don't remember the name of the plugin though, I only remember that it was paid, but I found it nulled. I believe if you search around you will find it. If you can't find it, message me and I will search my files for you.
