I've had experience with affiliate sales via article writing in the past but its always been with single articles fighting on there own, after about a year of reading while my online stuff was on hiatus (yet still makin gmoney, which means im doin something right!) im sitting back down and doing it with better knowledge of how it all works.
With that said, for my first project im going to be creating a linkwheel of articles to boost into the search engine, but i have a few questions about this that i would like to get some answers for.
Plan: Create 1 article of high quality content with recommended products for my niche (or a blog on blogspot or the likes) [I call this the Primary Article], with 5 articles linking to it with useable content of different angles to my niche, each linking to one another, and to the primary article. [I call these Sub-primary articles] From there, I will have 5 more articles for each sub-primary article, each group of 5 will link to one another, and the corrisponding sub nich.
so basically it will come out like this:
lol i hope thats not too confusing.
anyways, basically what i need to know is the following:
It it okay if i had every "green" article hosted on the same location? (ie Squidoo, ezinearticles, etc) or should they each be made on a completely different domain to get the best results seo wise?
also, for the "red" articles, if the above statement is answered with "its better to use different websites" can i use 5 different sites for the red articles, and write 1 article for each "group" per site? totaling 5 per site? or will that not be as effective as using a completely new site for each article?
also, for my "blue" article, would the results be much better if i used a blog instead of just submitted another article? Would using a free site like blogspot be okay or would it be 100% more effeciant and productive to have my own blog website in place for it? i was wanting to get some more startup revenue to start building my own sites, but it can be done if needbe.
beyond that, my plan was for each article to create a new keyword to target, would it be better to have them all target the same keywords? would it be okay to have each "stream" in my linkwheel to target the same keywords, and just use 5 different ones total?
*edit* also, just for anyone wondering as i do about posts like these:
Ive already started the work and fully plan to complete this. I know from personal experience and others that one of the biggest problems with IM's is they do 100% reading, and 0% work. The niche ive chosen to aim for is in a field that i am very enthusiastic about, and have built my career around, so I know the information that is asked for and wanted, and know the answers to them 100%, in other words the writing comes naturally for this. My point is that I -am- doing it, I've already gotten the 5 sub-primary articles created and going to be re-writing for the "red groups" tomorrow, along with an outline of what my "green" primary item will be (i have not made it yet becuase im wondering if it should be an article or a blog) covering
anyways, the main reason im saying this is A. to hopefully get some encouragement, B. to remind myself that i can and will do this to the end, and C. so those that read this know there time in answering my questions is not going to waste.
