Question about links

Im planning to buy 25 twitter accounts and promote a landing page, can i use buffer with one and the others 24 retweet?. exist a better way for automate content?.

Right now just doing the ifttt retweeting another twitter, but i want to put my own links

that sounds alright. make sure to retweet from a few accounts(yours and others), to look as if your secondary accounts are interested in a certain topic.
