Question About Links

When you are using a progam to submit your site to directories, where do you put the reciprocal links they require to link to you? I am sure you don't want a zillion likes pointing out.

Most people create a page just for reciprocal links and have a link to it on your home page. You can hide it if you want, but most webmasters will only complete the exchange if it is a page that can be accessed one click away from your index page. Not all directories require a reciprocal link. Some are optional.
