Question About "Links to Your Site"

So guys, right now i have an auto pin to pinterest using IFTTT and every single pin is point to my main site (the homepage) and when i check my google webmaster, it show there's 37,266 links from pinterest to my site. Here's the screenshot :

Will this give a negative impact on my site SEO?

Nop, I have a site with 60k links from pinterest and 0 Issues, still ranking

My suggestion would be to not do this too much... sooner or later a flag will be there and then it just might be a downward slide...

No, that's pretty natural and i bet those are nofollow links. Thats a social network site and pretty much the way it works, includes links in shares (pins , repins or whatever). The problem would be that amount of do-follow links from spammy sites. Conclusion, dont worry about those Pinterest links.
