Question About Linking

Lets say I have a blog post that links to a site home page and several of that sites internal pages all with different anchor text. Will each link and anchor text be counted or will any link and anchor text after the first not be counted? Also, would this be viewed as spam by G?

Each and every link would be counted, dont have any proof to support but it should not be treated as spamming.

Yeah it's impossible to say exactly how Google will treat this situation, but it shouldn't do any harm.
