Question about linking sites to google analytics and webmaster tools

I am extremely new to SEO, I am researching tiered link building. Would it be a bad idea to have all your pages on one Google anaylitcs and webmaster tools account?

If so how would you keep track of visitors and stuff like that?

Is there really a need to enroll all your site in programs like this?

I would agree, just keep your main site in WMT and Analytics if you choose to use those services. You might get some varying opinions on this. Some say that you don't want to draw attention to your site by having it in WMT if you are also building a tiered linking network. I'm not sure if Google actively looks for these models but I think it would be much easier for them to see what you were doing if you had all of your tiered sites in there with your main site.
