Question about link index and value

Hello,

So if a certain page where you have backlink is indexed on google search but the link does not appear on Ahref or on google webmaster console, has any value this link?

Is google calculate those links on a ranking algorithm? or they need to be first seen on the webmaster tool in order that can have an impact?

Not necessarily. GSC (webmaster tool) and Ahrefs are only informative tools. Don't represent anything real, just a guidance

If you have paid for this link, just check the basics (indexability potential, meta info, and that). You don't have much control beyond that.
