Hay, guy I have few questions about links building.

1. Are Home page links more powerful than inner page ?

2. Do referring domains matter for pbn as well as moneysite ?

3. Why do people talk about TF ? Is this a factor for ranking ?

4. Any free source for link building ?

2. Yes, especially if they are strong referring domains.
3. No, it's just an SEO metric from Majestic used to determine the quality of a site's backlinks.
4. Google is your friend or use the search bar here.

3. Even TF is not perfect. Nothing beats checking the backlinks manually. It's useful because it helps you screen way more domains, if you don't have to check backlinks manually for each.
You should still check backlinks for a domain before you decide to buy.

Not the best advice, unless you have access to VIP part. The link what I often find here get spammy really fast and can damage the site. Or maybe it's my luck to find such links here

Generally, yes. Because more links point to them.

Also, links closer to the root folder (generally) get crawled more often. So on the root itself is very good.

They matter for everything. I personally consider it the most important "metric".

It is not.

It is just an indicator of the Trust of the link. It's not used by search engines.

exchanges (this can be anything, PBN, web 2.0, guest posts, niche edits etc. Instead of paying you exchange links - requires initial investment tho)

TF is one of the major ranking factor.
