I'm quite new to CPA and I have a question I was hoping to get an answer from this forum. I'm not sure whether I can ask my Affiliate Manager this type of questions so I decided to ask you guys:

Lets say theres an email submit offer for US residents and I live in the US. Could I simply use a computer with dynamic IP and complete my own offers again and again?

No don't even think about doing that. It's one of the big NONO's in CPA.

Try to do things right! Get legitimate traffic.

That would be a first class ticket to getting banned.

No you'll get banned instantly. There are a number of problems with doing what you want to do.

The IP's will all be from the same ISP so that'll get you banned.
None of the leads will convert for the advertiser so that'll get you banned.
None of the email addresses will be indexed in google so that'll get you banned.

and so on...

The other long term problem with generating fake leads OP is that many networks share data industry wide about pubs who get caught and banned from their network. It's really easy to find yourself on a blacklist accross many networks from just sending fake leads to that first network. Have that happen, and you can kiss any future CPA related income goodbye.

Lastly, every single one of us who send legit leads have to pay the price for those who send bogus leads. Advertisers have to recoup their losses somehow from your bad leads, so they recoup those losses by shaving some of the leads from legit publishers.

That clears a lot of things. Thank you all for your quick response.

I'd like to ask you guys something else. Until now, I was generating leads using traffic from Youtube. I was wondering how do people get so much traffic to their offers?

That is basically fraud. Almost akin to stealing.

So, the best way is to generate good leads and play by the rules to attain longevity in this business.

CPA networks get paid by the advertisers per 'good' lead. (read: one that converts) If you constantly fill out your own offers, none of them are going to convert, and even though the CPA network may have initially paid you...they're going to be pissed as all hell when the Advertiser refuses to pay them, then check out your records...then you'll get the banhammer.

TL;dr: Advertisers won't pay CPA networks, you'll 100% get banned.

you were thinking about asking your am about this idea?
sombody needs to read a bit more on bhw:rolleyes:
