Question about Kimsufi

How does Kimsufi manage DMCA complaints? Lets say you have a server in NL, do they follow the NL copyright laws or international as in USA?. And if you do receive complaints from them, and remove the content within 24 hours or 48, are they fine with that?

Kimsufi is a part of OVH, they will close your account if they get DMCA request.

Yeah, but I read that OVH forwards complaints to the customer and asks that you remove the copyrighted material from the site?. Wouldn't they only suspend if you do not remove the content?.

Depends how big your violation is. If you have some piracy website like online movies, they will delete it.

They will suspend your server when you receive DMCA reports

Sometime without any notification (many ppl been like that before) So be careful if you want to host illegal content on their servers
