    Hi,

I got a list of long tail keywords with stats about monthly search CPC etc. however, I was wondering what would you do wiht the keywords that have a low monthly search and almost costs $0.00 in ADWords?

Would you build a blog or website around them or use them at ADword or what would you do?

Any input would be much appreciated.

If a keyword is only getting a handful of searches per month, at most, even with 100% click thru rate and with you showing up in the #1 spot in Google's SERPs, would be a handful of clicks. Not really worth it in my opinion.

In terms of running Pay Per Click campaigns, and bidding on such terms within AdWords I would typically just let those searches roll up to one of my higher volume tail terms set to either "phrase match" or more likely "broad match". In other words, I wouldn't bid on the really low volume tail terms individually. By letting some higher volume tail terms set to "broad match" pull in those search queries, you can see which lower volume tail terms Google clusters/associates with which higher volume tail terms.

In the case of SEO, I would use this data to perhaps build pages or microsites around those higher volume tail terms, then sprinkle the page/site with the associated lower volume terms.

Always go for high volume search keywords to make all of your efforts to hit google's page one worth your effort.

Thank you very much for explaining that to me. I will look into the microsites to see how this will work.
