When buying JR. VIP will I be able to sell Openal accounts with trial access and a $5 balance? I'm afraid to pay money and break the rules. Therefore, I specify in advance. Thanks

Yes, you can. After upgrading your account to Jr.VIP, you have to open a BST (extra $30). After its approval, you're ready to go.
